A saison inspired beer brewed with raw ancient Welsh wheat (Hen Gyro) and Herefordshire hops (Goldings and Sovereign). Fermented with Sobremesa’s own house strain – Rosalind Yeast, isolated from Racquety Farm in Hay-on-Wye.
