Inspired by an early experience of riding a penny farthing bicycle as a child, the ratios of dessert apples to cider apples in this crisp, refreshing medium cyder are representative of the wheels of said penny farthing bicycle. Apples used are Pren Glass, Frederick, Tin yr Wydd, Perthyre and Browns.
