A golden yellow Trappist ale with a white head and a rich flavour. The fruity and refreshing aromas go well with the sweet smell of malt and aromas reminiscent of spices. The result is an agreeable and tingling ale with a lightly sweet, smoothly bitter and malty taste. The aftertaste is characterised by a combination of sweetness and smooth bitterness.
