The Cuvee Saint-Gilloise is a blend of Lambic aged for two years in oak barrels and dry-hopped with Hallertau. This beer will evolve over time.

Perfect to age, but preferably drank within the 20 years after the bottling date – which in the case of this batch is 14th January 2025.
