A 100% Italian blanche with a typical slightly straw yellow colour. The fine foam spreads aromas of citrus fruits (orange peel) and spices (coriander).

Made with water from the Maritime Alps, the flavour releases the balance of cereals (barley malt and raw wheat) harmonising with citrus and herbaceous hops nuances, making it both very refreshing and fulfilling.
