We’ll fill this box from our ever rotating range including scarcer small Bavarian breweries so the selection might vary from the photograph.

Blonde lagers account for 80% of the world’s beer consumption but it is German and more specifically Bavarian lagers that remain the pinnacle of the brewers craft and are often a revelation to customers more used to the rapidly brewed, mass market lagers.

Hell or Helles lagers (bright or blonde in German) are cold fermented and long conditioned at low temperatures.  This conditioning and their production using only barley, water, yeast and hops results in a crisp, clean beer, easy drinking but with character and flavour.
