Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers.

The fourth iteration of this beer is aged for an average of three months and packaged completely unfruited and un-hopped to showcase the mixed culture yeast character in full. We get notes of tinned pineapple, apricot, peach and zesty citrus along with a subtle funk that will develop over time.
